At BidPropel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund when purchasing credit packs on our platform. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.

2. Credit Packs

BidPropel operates on a prepaid credit model. You purchase credit packs, and each proposal generation, context generation, or email draft consumes credits from your balance. Credits are a consumable digital product delivered immediately upon purchase.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on unused credits. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact support@bidpropel.com within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund for any credits you have not yet used. Refunds are processed same-day.

Refunds are not available if:

• Credits from the purchased pack have already been consumed (partially or fully).
• More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@bidpropel.com with the following information:

• The email address associated with your BidPropel account
• The date and amount of the purchase
• The reason for your refund request

We review all refund requests promptly and will notify you of the outcome via email. Approved refunds are processed same-day through Paddle and credited back to your original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your BidPropel account. We encourage you to reach out to our support team before filing a chargeback so we can resolve any issues directly.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
